Welcome to the Berkshire Ashtanga Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ashtanga yoga practice in the Berkshires, with morning classes six days per week and occasional workshops. Beginners are welcome at all times.
Our studio is at the NOAH Center*, on the second floor401 Stockbridge Rd (Route 7) Great Barrington
Our studio in the NOAH Center is north of downtown Great Barrington, in the same complex as the Uncommon Grounds Cafe . The entrance is directly across from the road to Berkshire South Community Center, near the traffic light
intersection to Price Chopper and Kmart. Walk up the ramp, enter the door facing Route 7, and walk up the stairs; the studio is behind the unmarked white door.
